New South Alabama basketball coach Richie Riley is close to finalizing his staff.
Adam Howard and Nima Omidvar are both listing themselves as USA basketball staffers on their Twitter bios. A program spokesman told AL.com that an official announcement on Riley's staff is expected later this week.
Howard and Omidvar would join Amorrow Morgan and director of basketball operations Tyler Parker on Riley's South Alabama staff. Morgan and Parker, whose hiring Riley confirmed two weeks ago, were with the new Jaguars coach at Nicholls State.
