MUSCLE SHOALS, Ala. - University of South Alabama women's golf team recorded a season-low round for the second-consecutive day to finish tied for sixth at the Sun Belt Conference tournament. The Jaguars were led by MacKenzie Peyton with a top-10 finish tying for seventh with five other individuals.
"The girls had a lot of fight," head women's golf coach Matt Luther said. "Everyone did their job and hung in there did what needed to do in these last two rounds."
South Alabama (315-294-292 - 901) finished the Sun Belt Tournament tied for sixth with a three-round, tournament-low of 901.
