South Alabama knew it had its hands full Saturday night, heading into Boone Pickens Stadium and dealing with Oklahoma State.
The Jags, at times, played inspired ball, but the Cowboys - ranked No. 23 in the coaches poll - were just too much for Steve Campbell's team.
The Cowboys rolled up 617 yards in the 55-13 win over South Alabama in Stillwater.
"Disappointed in the way we played and coached and all the way around," Campbell said right after the game. "Not a good night. We need to get better, and we need to get better quickly.
