The weight of LSU running back Leonard Fournette became a topic at the NFL Scouting Combine when he tipped the scales at 240 pounds this week in Indianapolis. But he put concerns to rest by running a 4.51-second 40-yard dash on Friday.
On Saturday, Alabama tight end O.J. Howard, who weighed 251 pounds, turned in the same time in the 40.
Howard's showing at his size - in addition to his weight, he measured 6-foot-6 tall - made him one of the workout standouts of Saturday's drills, which featured wide receivers and quarterbacks in addition to tight ends.
