TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – University of South Alabama women's cross country runner Carolien Millenaar set a new 5k personal best Friday morning at the FSU Invitational held at Appalachee Regional Park and crossed the line with a time of 17:34.0 to earn her second title in as many races this fall in the Women's Open race.
They Jaguar men also took home their second team title of the season at the 8k event as they won the Men's Open posting 31 points. Led by Kriami Yego (25:19.2) and Onesmus Kemboi (25:31.5), who placed second and third, had all five of its scorers finish 12th or better.
