BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The South Alabama men's tennis team closed out the Samford Invitational on Sunday winning two of three doubles matches and four of six singles matchups.
SINGLES
-Clement Marzol dominated Samford's Justin Ghavami 6-1, 6-3, while Loic Cloes defeated Jake Faundez of Samford 6-3, 6-3.
-Samford's Aleksander Petrovic defeated Nathan Fruh 6-3, 6-0.
-Lucas Gonzalez defeated Eduardo Max Rebel of Samford 7-5, 6-2.
-Olivier Gingras took down Samford's Eduardo Lourido 6-3, 6-4.
-Santiago Di Loreto fell to Hugo Moreia of Samford in a three-set battle 5-7, 6-4, 6-1.
