MOBILE, Ala. – University of South Alabama men's basketball head coach Richie Riley announced Friday that Don Coleman will be transferring into the program from California.
Coleman, a 6-foot-3 guard, will have to sit out the 2018-19 season and will have one season of eligibility remaining.
"Don is an impactful addition to our program both on and off the court," Riley stated. "He is a proven contributor from the Pac-12 where he was California's leading scorer. Don is wired to score and plays at a great pace. With his relentless work ethic, he will take advantage of the sit-out year to take his game to another level.
