MEMPHIS DROPS JAG FOOTBALL IN GAME WITH OVER 1,000 YARDS OF OFFENSE

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Darrell Henderson rushed for nearly 200 yards while Brady White threw for just under 300, with the duo accounting for four scores to help lead Memphis to a 52-35 non-conference football win over the University of South Alabama on Saturday at Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium.

Henderson carried 22 times for 188 yards, reaching the end zone from 13 and 54 yards out, while White completed 22-of-29 attempts for 292 yards and a pair of touchdowns as the Tigers improved to 3-1. Evan Orth was 24-of-32 passing for 360 yards and three touchdowns including finding Jamarius Way 10 times for 185 yards for the Jaguars, who fell to 1-3.
