LÖSCHNER CLAIMS SHOT PUT CROWN; USA MEN LEAD AFTER DAY TWO OF SBC CHAMPIONSHIPS

LAFAYETTE, La. – The University of South Alabama men's track and field's Sebastian Löschner claimed the Sun Belt outdoor shot put championship while the men's team maintained their lead with 66 points after day two of the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

Löschner's victory was the highlight of the day, alongside top-3 finishes by Colette Uys (shot put) and Kiara Risher (high jump).

The USA men's team maintained their lead with 66 points, while the women's team held third place with 39.5 points after the second day of competition
