MOBILE, Ala. – University of South Alabama head women's basketball Terry Fowler announced on Thursday that Rachel Leggett and Tristen Washington have signed a National Letter-of-Intent and will join the program in the fall.
Leggett is coming from Navarre High School where she averaged 18.9 points, 8.9 rebounds and 4.3 steals as a senior. Throughout her high school career, the 5-10 forward accumulated over 1,000 points, 700 rebounds and nearly 300 steals. Her performance landed her on teams such as the second team all-area as a sophomore and first team all-area as a junior and senior.
