MONROE, La. | South Alabama women's golf's Cassidy Lambert tied four other competitors for ninth with a three-round eight-over par (224) Tuesday afternoon at the ULM Invitational held at the Bayou Desiard Country Club.
Along with Lambert, Carlota Garcia was close behind her with an 11-over (227) to tie with in the 52-golfer field.
The Jags carded a three-round 58-over (922 – 310-296-316) to place eighth in its final regular-season tournament, three strokes back of Texas A&M – Commerce (919) in seventh.
The host Warhawks took team medalist honors firing a three-round 880, which was 13 strokes better than the nearest competitor Sam Houston State (893).
