When Joey Jones takes the field with his South Alabama Jaguars at New Mexico State on Saturday for his final game as head coach, it will be emotional.
The former Alabama receiver and Mobile native started the football program nine years ago.

On the eve of his final game, he joined me and Lee Shirvanian on "The Opening Kickoff" on WNSP-FM 105.5 to talk about his emotions heading into his final Saturday as the coach of the Jaguars.
"I don't know," he said. "I know I'm excited about the future and the future for South Alabama, too.
