JONESBORO, Ark. – South Alabama women's basketball (7-5, 0-2) fell to Arkansas State (10-3, 2-0) on Saturday, 74-61.
KEY MOMENTS:
- Cordasia Harris led the Jaguars to a hot start in the first quarter, netting eight points and grabbing two rebounds. However, A-State's Zyion Shannon would go on a 6-0 run in the last 30 seconds, giving the Red Wolves a 16-12 lead to end the quarter.
- When Harris grabbed her fourth rebound in the second quarter, she reached a career milestone of 750 rebounds at the NCAA level.
