MOBILE, Ala. | South Alabama extended its win streak to three as the Jaguars picked up a 3-1 (28-26, 25-17, 21-25, 25-22) win over Tulane Saturday afternoon at the Jaguar Invitational presented by Hampton by Hilton at Providence Park.
Cambria Gaier led the Jaguars (4-3) with 16 kills and a .367 hitting percentage, while the Caledonia, Mich., native posted a career-best five aces and six digs. Middle hitter Dalayla Blackwell was right behind Gaier with a career-best 15 kills and six digs of her own.
Also finishing in double figures offensively for the South was Sarah Gooch (12 kills) and Maradith O'Gorman (11 kills).
