JAGUAR SOCCER EARNS FIRST DRAW OF THE SEASON AT LITTLE ROCK

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The University of South Alabama women's soccer team earned its first draw of the season against Little Rock, 1-1, on Sunday at the Coleman Sports Complex in Little Rock, Ark.

Neither team found the back of the net in the first half of play in the conference meeting. Junior midfielder Imane Addi scored a goal after the ball deflected off of a Little Rock defender to give the Jags a late lead in the second half. A foul committed by Monique Gray gave Little Rock (4-3-2, 1-0-1 SBC) a penalty kick, which was scored by Bergros Asgeirsdottir, tying the match in the closing moments of regulation.
