JAGUAR SOCCER EARNS DRAW AT GEORGIA STATE, SNAPS FOUR-GAME WIN STREAK

ATLANTA – The University of South Alabama women's soccer team had its four-game win streak snapped after earning a draw with Georgia State Friday night at the GSU Soccer Complex.

Freshman goalkeeper Jaidy Gutierrez Campos faced a career high 23 shots while making a career-high 10 saves for South Alabama (8-3-2, 4-1-2 SBC). Junior midfielder Gracie Wilson scored a brace in the first half before Georgia State (8-3-4, 3-1-3 SBC) answered in the second half with two goals from Jimena Cabrero and Callee Maughon. Neither team found the back of the net in overtime, resulting in a 2-2 draw.
