NEW ORLEANS – The Sun Belt Conference office announced Monday that the University of South Alabama football program's Senior Day match-up with New Mexico State will kick off at noon (CST) on Saturday, Dec. 3.
The contest — the first-ever between the two teams — will be broadcast live from Ladd-Pebbles Stadium on ESPN3. As a result, South's men's basketball program will play host to Middle Tennessee at 7:05 p.m. that day at the Mitchell Center.
It marks the third time in the last four years that the Jags will close out the regular season with a home game in Sun Belt play, but the first that the contest will be conducted in the afternoon.
