JAGUAR FOOTBALL DROPS FOUR-OVERTIME DECISION AT TEXAS STATE

SAN MARCOS, Texas – Brady McBride scored in the fourth overtime to help cap a Texas State rally from a 14-point deficit and lift the Bobcats to a 33-31, quadruple-overtime Sun Belt Conference football victory over the University of South Alabama at Bobcat Stadium on Saturday.

McBride finished 18-of-28 passing for 187 yards and two touchdowns, and he added 57 yards on 15 carries as well for the Bobcats (2-3, 1-0 Sun Belt). Javen Banks led all players with 104 yards on four receptions, while Calvin Hill gained 70 yards on the ground and Jahmyl Jeter supplied 66.
