Jags fall to No. 24 Alabama in midweek action

MOBILE, Ala. | Despite recording 13 strikeouts as a pitching staff, South Alabama fell to No. 24 Alabama 4-0 at Stanky Field on Tuesday night in front of 3,630 in a game presented by Accelerated Accounting.

South Alabama (8-9) used ten different pitchers on the night with eight recording at least one strikeout including Mitchell Heer striking out the side in the first. Zach Willingham faced two batters and struck out both, while Logan Wash and Grant Wood each struck out a pair in an inning of work.
