FORT WAYNE, Ind. – South Alabama women's basketball fell to Purdue Fort Wayne in the second round of the WNIT on Tuesday, 77-72.

- South Alabama got off to a nice start when Tamara Ortiz earned a quick and-one opportunity off a driving layup. Then, after the 'Dons missed a three-pointer, Amyah Sutton ran it back to drain the Jags' first three-pointer of the day.
