MOBILE, Ala. – With the University of South Alabama up one point with three minutes remaining in the game, Krystal Freeman hit three-point field goals on consecutive possessions to put Tulane ahead for good as the Green Wave earned a 77-73 non-conference women's basketball victory Tuesday at the Mitchell Center.
She finished the contest with 19 points and eight rebounds, while Jerkaila Jordan paced the Tulane (2-0) with 20 points and Arsula Clark added 17.
Devyn Lowe led all scorers with 22 points, which included hitting 8-of-17 attempts from three-point range, while Mahogany Vaught added 17 points, and Antoinette Lewis chipped in with 13 and 12 rebounds for the Jaguars (1-1).
