JAG WOMEN’S BASKETBALL DROPS LOW-SCORING AFFAIR TO PANTHERS

MOBILE, Ala. – Hannah Sadler scored 12 points and Taylor Hosendove recorded a double-double Thursday to help lift Georgia State to a 47-41 Sun Belt Conference women's basketball win over the University of South Alabama at the Mitchell Center.

Sadler's three-pointer with just under six minutes to go put the Panthers (7-5, 3-2 Sun Belt) in front for good as she would score seven points in the final quarter. Hosendove added 10 points as well as a game-high 11 rebounds.

Jayla Morrow led the Jaguars (8-7, 5-4 SBC) with 12 points on 5-of-9 shooting, while Antoinette Lewis and Jaylen Mallard posted nine points each; the former grabbed 10 rebounds and the latter added eight boards as well.
