MOBILE, Ala. – Jaguar right-hander JoJo Booker allowed one earned run in seven innings to lead the University of South Alabama baseball team to a 6-2 series-clinching win over Appalachian State Saturday at Stanky Field.

Booker (3-0) allowed two runs, one of which was earned, on three hits with four strikeouts, two walks and one hit batter to earn his third win of the season.

The game was tied 2-2 after 4 1/2 innings before the Jaguars plated four runs in the bottom of the fifth for the game's decisive runs.
