NEW ORLEANS – South Alabama men's basketball senior guard Chaze Harris was named Sun Belt Player of the Week, the conference announced Tuesday evening.
Harris delivered one of the most statistically dominant weeks of the season during the opening week of Sun Belt play. Across two road games, he averaged 30.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 3.0 steals per game, in two road contests.
Harris opened the week with a career performance at ULM, pouring in 38 points on 16-of-22 shooting while adding eight assists, five rebounds, and six steals in nearly 47 minutes of action during a double-overtime comeback victory.
