2019 NCAA Division 1 D1Baseball All-America Teams
OMAHA, Neb. – University of South Alabama baseball right-handed pitcher Zach Greene was named Third-Team All-America by D1Baseball on Thursday.
It marked the second time in the program's history a Jaguar has earned All-America honors from D1Baseball, and the first since Jared Barnes received Third-Team All-America accolades from the organization in 2017.
Greene was named Second-Team All-America by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association on Wednesday, as well as First-Team All-Central Region by the American Baseball Coaches Association/Rawlings. He was recently selected by the New York Yankees in the eighth round (255th overall pick) of the 2019 Major League Baseball Draft.
