PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. – No. 2 seed Georgia State won 4-2 over the No. 4 University of South Alabama women's tennis team Sunday for the Sun Belt Conference Championship at the Peachtree City Tennis Center.

DOUBLES
-To start doubles, junior Alexandria Stiteler (Bradenton, Fla.) and freshman Yu Fujioka (Funabashi, Japan) fell to Damira Muminovic and Daniela Ramirez 6-4 on court 2.
-Kristin Rehse and Lara Vovk clinched the doubles point with a 6-4 victory over Maxine Palmen (Sittard, Netherlands) and Milka Pasanen (Pieksamaki, Finland) at No. 1.

SINGLES
-Due to a lack of players, Georgia State had to forfeit two singles points, putting USA up 2-1.
