South Alabama forward Nikola Marijan has left the program, the school announced Tuesday.
Marijan, a 7-foot-2 sophomore from Serbia, appeared in just seven games and a total of 21 minutes for the Jaguars this past season. He played in 32 games with 11 starts as a true freshman in 2015-16, averaging 2.3 points and 2.5 rebounds.
"I want to thank Nik for everything he did for the program," USA coach Matthew Graves said. "He was a great teammate and represented South Alabama well. I wish him all the best in the future."
The Jaguars lost five seniors off their 2016-17 team, which finished 14-18.
