ATLANTA – Former University of South Alabama wide receiver Josh Magee will have an opportunity to join teammate Gerald Everett in the National Football League after signing a free agent contract with the Atlanta Falcons. The organization released a list of 21 individuals it came to an agreement with on Monday afternoon.
Magee matched Everett — who was chosen in the second round of the NFL Draft on Friday — with 49 catches in 2016, pacing the Jaguars with 822 receiving yards and five touchdown receptions as he was named second-team all-Sun Belt Conference following his senior year.
