MOBILE, Ala. – University of South Alabama head women's basketball Terry Fowler announced on Friday that Zena Elias has signed a grant-in-aid with the school and will join the program in the fall.
She is transferring from Buffalo, where she has made 32 appearances the last three seasons and was part of a Bulls program that put together a 58-31 overall record during that span.
"I'm excited to add Zena to our program," said Fowler. "At 6-foot-3 she has perimeter skills that will allow us to spread the floor out. She's an outstanding rebounder who has a knack for pursuing the basketball out of area.
