Dial leads South Alabama past Huntingdon 106-76

MOBILE, Ala. -- Abdul Dial hit 8 of his 11 shots and scored a career-high 23 points to lead six players in double figures and South Alabama rolled to a 106-76 victory over Division III-member Huntingdon on Sunday.

The Jaguars shot 54 percent in the first half from the floor (14 of 26) to take a 47-33 lead into intermission.

Jordan Andrews made 4 of 5 from 3-point range and scored 18 off the bench for the Jaguars (1-1). Trhae Mitchell scored 15 with a career-high 10 assists for his first career double-double.
