MOBILE, Ala. – The University of South Alabama women's and men's cross country teams will continue postseason competition on Friday when the two squads compete at the NCAA South Regional hosted by Florida State at Appaachee Park. The women's 6k is set to begin at 7:30 a.m. (CT), and will be followed by the men's 10k at 8:30 a.m. (CT).
