Check out Gerald Everett's historic touchdown for Los Angeles Rams

scored the first touchdown of his NFL career on Sunday, and that made him the first South Alabama alumnus to score at TD in an NFL regular-season game.

Everett took a shovel pass from quarterback Jared Goff and plowed into the end zone for a 4-yard touchdown with 22 seconds left in the first quarter as the Rams took a 17-14 lead on the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Everett joined Los Angeles as a second-round selection in the NFL Draft on April 28.

He entered Sunday's game with six receptions for 150 yards, including a 69-yarder, in his first five NFL games.
