KNOXVILLE, Tenn. | Anna Behnsen fired a three-under 210 (67-73-70) Tuesday afternoon to tie for sixth at the 28th Annual Mercedes-Benz Intercollegiate hosted by Tennessee at the Cherokee Country Club.
The 54-hole 210 was one shy of matching a career low for the sophomore. As a team, South Alabama (287-294-294—875) placed ninth at the event.
Tournament host, Tennessee, won the event by nine strokes, finishing with a three-round, 13-under 839 as they fired a blistering 11-under, 273 in the final round.
Oregon State's Kyra Ly (68-68-66—202) and Western Kentucky's Sydney Hackett (69-68-65—202) finished seven strokes ahead of the field individually.
