It's been nine months since Shawn Jennings decided to transfer to South Alabama, but the former Alabama linebacker is finally able to strap it up for real with his new team.
Jennings was on the practice field for the first time with the Jaguars on Thursday, the opening day of spring camp. Limited by a knee injury and unable to play because of NCAA transfer rules, Jennings mostly stood around and watched at USA after joining the squad last August.
"It feels amazing, just getting my feet back under me," Jennings said. "I just wanted to come out here and show that we've been working.
