South Korea played to a 0-0 draw against Uruguay in a game full of chances, but without a goal. It very likely will want to discard the cautious, defensive style it used that day now that it faces an opponent that seems more beatable.
It will also want to get more out of its captain and star, Son Heung-min of Spurs in the Premier League. Wearing a black mask to protect a fracture near his eye, Son did not show his best in South Korea’s opening game and will need to get more actively involved in the offense if his team is to score its first goal.
