Wave of Heat comes through Kansas City

As the Comets home schedule winds down, the third final home game of the regular season will be a warm one inside Silverstein Eyes Centers Arena against the Harrisburg Heat.

The Comets will be without goalkeeper Brett Petricek, after his unanticipated retirement from professional soccer. Mark Saxby will likely be in goal for the remainder of the season, although the Comets have also signed another ex-Comet, Steven Hamersky, a graduate of Newman University who played with the Comets last season making four appearances.

The Harrisburg Heat enter the match on a two-game winning streak and are led by Ricardo Carvalho(Ricardinho), who has tallied 16 goals and 11 assists from 13 games this season.
