Watford striker Troy Deeney that his former teammate Richarlison will be 'the enemy' on Monday night, as his side takes on Everton at Goodison Park.
Richarlison made his name in the Premier League with the Hornets last season, when he got the season off to a flyer under the club's former manager Marco Silva - who is also now at Everton. Since moving to Merseyside, the Brazil international has flourished upon being reunited with his former boss, and has scored seven goals in 13 matches for his new side.
Speaking via Watford's official website, Deeney admitted he understood his ex-teammate's decision to leave the club, but claimed he was more focused on 'smashing' his opponent than having a friendly chit-chat.
