The Zenit boss is expecting an "outstanding match" against Sevilla and hopes his returning stars can make the difference.
Andre Villas-Boas admits he hopes Zenit's returning stars - including top-scorer Hulk - can prove pivotal against Sevilla in the second leg of their Europa League quarterfinal tie on Thursday.
The Brazil international was banned from the 2-1 first-leg defeat, along with Danny, Igor Smolnikov and Domenico Criscito.
While the Russian league leaders will have to cope without Ezequiel Garay and Aleksandr Ryazantsev in St. Petersburg, Villas-Boas remains confident his side will be boosted by its increased options for the second leg.
