Real Madrid held a one-minute silence before training on Friday, paying tribute to former player Raymond Kopa following the announcement of his death at the age of 85.
Kopa won three consecutive European Cups with Real between 1957 and 1959, as well as two Spanish league titles and was the first Frenchman to be awarded the Ballon d'Or in 1958.
The former attacking midfielder joined Real in 1956, after losing to them with French side Reims in the European Cup final.
