Two second half goals help Tigres to first-leg win over Dynamo

Enner Valencia and Luis Quiñones were on target as Tigres took a huge step towards the CONCACAF Champions League Semifinals with a 2-0 win over the Dynamo in Houston.

After an unspectacular first half that saw both teams regularly fail to hit the target, it was Tigres who took the initiative of the match when only a reaction save from Joe Willis prevented Los Felinos from grabbing the breakthrough in the 47th minute.

Tigres then went close again when Willis got his foot on a shot from Enner Valencia following a great through ball from Eduardo Vargas.
