Tigres has announced one of the biggest signings in Liga MX history when they presented that they reached a deal with Florian Thauvin. The Olympique Marseille (OM) player ends his contract with the French squad and joins friend Andre-Pierre Gignac, who also came to Tigres after a spell with OM. Thauvin was one of the top players in Ligue 1 and was part of the France National Team that won the 2018 World Cup, where he only played one minute but was good enough to make a World Cup squad that won the World Cup and who was strong enough to leave out players like Alexandre Lacazette, Adrien Rabiot, and Anthony Martial.
