SEOUL (Reuters) - Chung Mong-joon, the billionaire scion of South Korea's Hyundai conglomerate, says he will "carefully consider" running for the FIFA presidency, following Sepp Blatter's unexpected decision to resign as the head of world soccer's governing body.
