Jules Kounde has taken aim at the Club World Cup as the Barcelona defender continues to enjoy a well-deserved holiday after a long season.
The defender has previously complained about the hectic fixture list players endure currently and has made his feelings clear about the tournament taking place in the United States.
“It’s so great to be on vacation,” he posted on X. “There are teams whose season started mid-July 2024… it’s July 4, 2025, and they’re still playing…”
Of course Barcelona aren’t at the tournament which means they miss out financially but the situation will surely benefit the team physically during the 2025-26 campaign.
