Schalke have announced the signing of Ozan Kabak, the centre-back joining from Stuttgart having previously been linked to Manchester United.
Kabak was unable to help Stuttgart stave off relegation from the Bundesliga last term but impressed enough to be touted as a target for several top clubs.
Bayern Munich were reportedly interested in the 19-year-old with AC Milan and West Ham among the other sides said to be keen on Kabak.
