Two more Sporting Kansas City players were called up to their respective national teams today for the June international break. Johnny Russell for Scotland and Nicolas Hasler for Liechtenstein were both call up to their respective country for Euro 2020 qualifying.
Russell was called up for Scotland by new head coach, Steve Clarke, who was only recently named the head coach of national team. Scotland currently sit fifth in their six team qualifying group with a 1-0-1 (W-D-L) record through the first two games. This set of qualifiers, Scotland will play Cyprus at home on June 8th before traveling to play Belgium on June 11th.
