The Belgium international has endured a difficult season and interested parties Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are only willing to pay £60m for his signature
Chelsea will have to lower its 80 million pound ($113 million) asking price for Eden Hazard if it is to sell the Belgium international this summer, according to the Daily Express.
Real Madrid and PSG are both keen to acquire the 25-year-old when the transfer window reopens, but are only prepared to pay around $85 million after Hazard's disappointing season.
Chelsea is set to go without European football in 2016-17 and new manager Antonio Conte is set to finance a rebuilding job by selling a number of key players, with the likes of Paul Pogba and Leonardo Bonucci on the Italian's shortlist.
