Pumas booked their place in the post season after getting a 1-1 tie away against Queretaro. The results qualifies Pumas to the Play In matches while Queretaro is on the brink of elimination and will need to wait on the result of the FC Juarez vs Leon match. Both teams will have to await result to see their post season rivals although Queretaro might not even make it to the Play In round.
The 1st half started with Pumas coming out with the same starting 11 that won against Club America. Off a great counter, Cesar Huerta got into the area and got off a strong left footed shot that forced Queretaro’s goalkeeper, Guillermo Allison to make a great save.
