PSV are preparing a fresh offer for Sergino Dest after deciding against taking up the purchase option in his loan deal from Barcelona.
The freshly-crowed Eredivisie champions have confirmed they won’t pay the €10m to sign Dest permanently after he suffered an ACL tear.
However, the club have confirmed they’d like to keep hold of Dest and a new offer is said to be on its way to Barcelona.
PSV will prepare a “slightly lower” bid than the purchase option and hope to persuade Barca into agreeing, according to Dutch outlet Eindhovens Dagblad.
