Premier League Betting Special: Brighton 2/1 to be relegated after hiring Graham Potter

The Seagulls officially appointed the former Ostersund and Swansea manager on Monday but could be faced with a battle for survival at the Amex Stadium

There is a new man in charge of Brighton as Graham Potter has been appointed to replace Chris Hughton.

Despite leading the Seagulls to Premier League safety, Hughton was fired on May 13 after the club won just two of their last 18 Premier League matches – going from being 11 points clear of relegation to surviving by just two points.

They lost 11 of those 18 games and one of the biggest worries was a lack of goals, with the club scoring just 35 all season and going over 11 hours without scoring at one point.
