(Reuters) - Repeated pleas to embattled FIFA president Sepp Blatter and other senior officials asking for help to end "chaos and lawlessness" in Nepal's soccer federation (ANFA) have gone unanswered, the Asian body's vice-president told Reuters on Thursday.
